Worst experience of my life.
It’s very dirty and the ACs are very noisy the flush wasn’t working and the lifts were not working properly there were total of 4 lifts and only 2 were working our floor was 4th and the lift won’t even open on the 4th floor the only good thing about this hotel was the location and to be honest It wasn’t the best it would take us 20-23 minutes to get to the mosque I do not recommend this and they didn’t even gave us a prayer mat to pray I would give this hotel a 0 star if there was an option.

Very bad rooms, services very very poor. ... i cannot give 1 star. Worst hotel, very arrogant room service staff, especially bangaldeshi staff. Lift service is pathetic. If there was an option of zero rating I would give this hotel zero

Rooms are clean and large enough. Hotel is located at 10 minutes of walking distance from Masjid e Nabvi which makes it suitable for pilgrims but elevators service is very poor. There are only 4 elevators and 2 of them work at a time. There is no wifi in the hotel
