Currently, staying at this hotel and had a worst experience of my life. Rooms are small and congested and hotel is old and untidy. Not Recommended

Very bad and irresponsible management. There are very rude and rude people here in the administration. No care for cleanliness and very poor service. I stayed with the family for eight days, neither the room nor the floor was cleaned during these eight days. These people did not even know how to talk. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wi-Fi is great, Distance is very near to Holy Mosque, Staff is very cooperative especially the one's on reception. Rooms are not very spacious other than this everything is pretty well.

There was so much dirt in the carpet of the room that the whole family was in bad health for as long as they lived. Toilet was leaked and dirty. We emptied the dustbin ourselves and put a bag on it ourselves, for the tissue paper roll and for other needs, after talking many times, only one thing was given by the management. They were tired of talking to the reception to do the cleaning & toilet and other problems, but no action was taken. These people did not even know how to talk. It was a mistake that full payment was made. Otherwise, I would not spend even a single day with my family. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It was by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. The room was filthy, the bathroom stank of mould and we had a cockroach infestation. When I tried to speak to the reception about this, he was dismissive but agreed to send a cleaner. The cleaner denied that there were cockroaches in the room and then appeared suprised when I walked him around the room showing him how many I’d found. Please spend your money wisely and consider going elsewhere.
