Stayed here in Madinah. Location is near 50 m walk to gate 338. Indonesian cuisines were served. Free biscuits and drinks at lobby. Room for two but got three beds, got hot shower but no heater so the room was very cold during winter season

Good hotel, strategic for umrah pilgrims who wished to go pray at Masjid Nabawi. I recommend you who stay at Sanabel go to Masjid Nabawi through gate 338 as it's nearer to the hotel.

Good:
- location in the heart of Madinah, 5 mins walk to Masjid Nabawi gate 338
- 5 mins walk to outdoor food court area
Bad:
- 4 lifts only, can cause massive waiting line when rush hour (breakfast/lunch time)
- dining area not so big
- standard room amenities (no dental kit, only soap and shampoo)
- unstable wifi connection and have to re-login everytime disconnected

Hotel is great and clean. Very convenient and near to the masjid about 100 meters. A convenient shop is also available walking distance down the street.
