This hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel when in reality is less than 2 stars starting from the food to their room. I booked two rooms for 4 people and receive 5 beds in each room, the room was very dirty and not cleaned at all, I could tell the bed sheet were reused by others it had many spots on them. My problem is the cleaning because I'm booking a hotel of 4 stars I'm expecting at least good cleaning maintenance and to be able to enjoy. The toilets were dirty and the water barely works I called reception many times and they did not fix it, even the carpet in our room looked dirty. The only floor they had food which they call it ‘restaurant’ was a room with a table and few food choices. Starting from the food to drink nothing was good. I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD BOOK THIS HOTEL because of how my experience was the price is good however you can get many good hotels compared to this hotel.

The place is close to Haram but not really walkable for the elderly. Seems like a good effort making a decent budget hotel fairly near. Clean rooms, buffet and restaurants are very fairly priced. Different towers have different cuisines. In general the hotel is fine but don’t expect any service they are badly under staffed. No wheelchair from the hotel, they have a paid option. Only one person to take the luggage with one trolley for the entire one tower. Didn’t try room service. Staff whatever little was there was polite.

Decent hotel and what you expect from a 3 star. Shuttle bus was great and the main highlight for me, and we never waited more than 5 minutes for one. Room was decent with good AC. Front desk is busy, all the time so expect to wait a bit to get checked in/ ask questions. Asked for an iron but no one showed up which was a bit annoying.

Very worst experience. They call it a 4 star hotel, but it is not. Hotel and rooms are good looking but there is not even an hanger to hang towels. We had to use the bed for putting clothes. There was a shelf which broke and almost fell on leg. Not kids friendly. Carpets on the floor were very dirty. Not worth the price.

Rooms was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was nice. Service was superb even if i call at 1 o'clock at midnight for room cleaning they come within 5min. Checkin and checkout was quick. Mr. Abdulrehman at reception was very friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the location as it was a long walk to Haram even if we use the free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel. As the bus depot was 3-4km away from Haram. Otherwise staying at hotel was very comfortable.

Kiswah tower is 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 2 km from the sprawling Great Mosque of Mecca. Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Rooms are clean with spacious areas and the location is perfect. Upgrade room’s comes with Haram partial view. They have free shuttle bus to the Haram 24 hours a day every 20 minutes pick up and drop off. Inside this hotel all kinds of shop's available including Barber shop. Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast only 20/- saudi riyal. Near by this hotel - nice Restaurant, Money exchange, fast food, tea coffee shop, grocery store available.
