A nice hotel for tourists and pilgrims in Mecca. Not too expensive,. Moderately affordable rates with parking spaces and security.

The level of cleanliness is not good at all, they don't clean the rooms unless you ask for. No towels were there. Beds are not comfortable and small. Didn't dare to try the restaurant. However there is a small cafeteria inside and it's relatively close to the holy mosque (1.1 km) but not flat as google maps states.

The professionalism here is not good. In my opinion, and I have stayed in many hotels, they are not good at making relationships with customers, or they don't care about relationships with costumers.
And we caught the staff lying, boldly - which is not good a sign of a hotel you want to stay at.

The hotel is okay in overall, good rooms however the cleaning service is not that good and they don’t follow up with the customer.
we have found a bug in the closet not sure if there are many!
location is 15 min walking but the bus is there most of the times but it takes longer time waiting and the road is not straight forward to the hotel.
Quite basic cafeteria in the reception and they don’t accept visa/ credit only cash.

Bad service, no towels, no air dryer, no water in fridges, no kittle to make hot drinks..
I'm just surprised that there's such service like this in makka..
