Service was very good, every call was attended to and a big thanks to the tower 1 staff, especially Afrah. Helped with checking in and checking out and was generally a nice person. But the bathrooms needs to be cleaned well and furniture needs fixing or changed. Aside that everything was great, the vibe around the hotel was great

Today night we checked in after a grueling 24 hours travel. We were 5 in the family- nobody helped us with our luggage- we carried all our luggage all the way to the room- thy said all are busy- they are least bothered about us - worst experience - I have some photos- will share

Please mote: there is no parking for these towers, the parking next to this tower is chargin 7-8 SAR Saudi riyal per hour, so be careful the inside the room. It doesn’t look like really three star hotel but neat and clean.

Checked in within minutes and 6hr early than scheduled.
Ample lift service to accommodate guest. Restaurant facilities and kids room. Has separate prayer room facilities
Staff are very friendly and service has been top tier.
Second time I have come to this hotel and it's just keeps improving

Location is good. Rooms are good. Approximately 1.4 km with shuttle service.Service is bad. Have to make multiple calls for housekeeping. Carpet is dirty and foul smelling. Internet is good. Pakistani food is available and laundry and mosque are best things.

Kiswah tower is 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 2 km from the sprawling Great Mosque of Mecca. Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Rooms are clean with spacious areas and the location is perfect. Upgrade room’s comes with Haram partial view. They have free shuttle bus to the Haram 24 hours a day every 20 minutes pick up and drop off. Inside this hotel all kinds of shop's available including Barber shop. Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast only 20/- saudi riyal. Near by this hotel - nice Restaurant, Money exchange, fast food, tea coffee shop, grocery store available.
