Hotel with 5 grand towers, accommodating pilgrims. Reasonably good rooms. Buses are lesser than required for shuttling pilgrims between Al-Haram and Hotel. Often people push each other to get on the bus.

Really good hotel. It's not close to the mosque. However, it is about 8 minutes by car
The price of the hotel is definitely affordable compared to other hotels in Mecca. However, the staff are friendly and helpful and also guide you to get a cab or find a ride to the Masjid
Stayed 2 nights for 137 $ CAD
It's a great rate if you want to keep your Umrah just under 550$ CAD with travel and visa issuance upon arrival

Really decent hotel. Staff were amazing Not too far from haram and also very competitive priced. Great 24 hour shuttle service always clean and well kept. Would stay again.

The price of the hotel is reasonable at least worth for the overall experience. The only problem is that the shuttle buses drop far from the haram and it's hard for elder people to walk that far. But the rooms were neat , good service,nice atmosphere, restaurants nearby

This is not a hotel! The corridors and rooms smell awful! The carpets in rooms and corridors are visibly dirty. Upon arrival, it was a struggle to get a bellman to get my luggage. It was more struggle to get checked in into my room. The reception area was chaotic. To get your room cleaned you need to work around the housekeeping schedule and to be present at the room. They will not clean the room while you’re away! And they do not clean daily, only once every two or three days according to one of the reception guys. The hotel is made up of five 30-floor towers. My stay was at Tower 3. I heard that only Tower 1 offers an acceptable service.

Kiswah tower is 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 2 km from the sprawling Great Mosque of Mecca. Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Rooms are clean with spacious areas and the location is perfect. Upgrade room’s comes with Haram partial view. They have free shuttle bus to the Haram 24 hours a day every 20 minutes pick up and drop off. Inside this hotel all kinds of shop's available including Barber shop. Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast only 20/- saudi riyal. Near by this hotel - nice Restaurant, Money exchange, fast food, tea coffee shop, grocery store available.
