We recently dined at Yauatcha in Riyadh, and we were impressed with the quality of the food and the restaurant's beautiful atmosphere. The dishes were expertly crafted, and each one had a unique flavor profile that left us wanting more.
For our appetizer, we tried the spinach cream soup, which was smooth and creamy, with a subtle spinach flavor. The dim sum was exceptional, particularly the blue swimmer crab dumpling and the wagyu puff, which were both bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed the omni meat soya corn crystal dumpling and mushroom dumpling.
For our main course, we savored the southern poached chili red garoupa fish and sacha beef. The fish was cooked to perfection and the beef was tender and flavorful. We also loved the chicken lettuce wrap and sautéed garlic wild asparagus. The vegetable egg fried rice was the perfect complement to the meal.
To end the night on a sweet note, we indulged in the dates, passion fruit, and mandarin cake. It was the perfect blend of flavors and textures.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the elegant atmosphere added to the overall experience. We highly recommend Yauatcha for anyone looking for outstanding Cantonese cuisine in a beautiful setting. Five stars, without hesitation!
