La description

Après avoir ouvert la chaîne de restaurants bien connue 'Wagamama', le restaurateur chinois et britannique Alan Yau ouvre le premier restaurant Yauatcha en 2004 à Londres. Le restaurant gagne immédiatement beaucoup de reconnaissance et a ensuite reçu sa première étoile Michelin en 2005.

Aujourd'hui, Yauatcha, désormais une marque mondiale du « groupe Hakkasan », continue de prospérer en proposant une cuisine chinoise de qualité supérieure dans de nombreuses régions du monde, y compris en Arabie saoudite. Sa seule et unique chaîne, située dans le centre commercial Faisaliah sur Olaya Street à Riyad, présente un menu primé de plats traditionnels « Dim Sum », « cantonais » et autres plats d'influence régionale.

L'ameublement moderne marié à une touche de décoration traditionnelle chinoise joue un grand rôle dans l'amélioration de l'expérience culinaire. Le restaurant étant surélevé, Yauatcha offre également aux clients, à travers une belle véranda avec de grandes vitres triangulaires, une chance de voir la ville tout en savourant leur repas.

We took our daughter to Yauatcha Riyadh, being her first time to dine here. We opted for two Eagle menu to share, and added two steam dumpling plates as well. If you want to experience real good quality ingredients transformed into fantastically tasty dishes, you can't go wrong at Yauatcha. We had the crunchiest bakchoy dish...the bakchoy stem was more like a celery stick. The "wok tossed" ribeye beef was so succulent and soft, the kung pao chicken was juicy, the tiger prawns were crunchy...practically all the dishes were great. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant over another one in Diriyah. Special mention for Miko, who was very attentive, knowledgeable and yet considerate.

Fine dining with extraordinary service .. So classy !! Try to book a table in advance and go for the rooftop .. The food did not meet my expectations but I would recommend it for special occasions !! Venison puff was the best order from so many orders we tried !!

Hospitality ☑️ Service ☑️ Cozy place, calming atmosphere. Food taste and quality is one of the best. Serving quantity is not good though. Try their Bao wagyu beef. The best Passion fruit and seafood steamed platter.
