The staff is somewhat helpful... I think the hotel is undergoing renovation we can see the dust almost every where. The carpets are dirty, the electric fittings are coming off the ceiling. The management must look into it and get the things rectified. The breakfast are is clean, the variety is ok... but the fresh fruits (watermelon and the musk melon) are awesome and full of flavor. The manager, Mr. Rashid was helpful and catered to the guests needs. The other staff were stingy while providing water bottles, towels, soaps and shampoo etc. The entrance to the hotel was too complicated and confusing. We had to make several rounds before we found one. One of the entrances were also barricaded.

Location good, large room, clean dan comfortable. Staf is very friendly and helpfull, especially Mr Rasyid. If i Come again i will stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Whenvere I am in the area, I choose to stay at this hotel. The service is always exceptional. The rooms are also very clean. In addition, there is a delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Another great plus is that it is connect to the mall where there is plenty of shopping and food options available.

Had a pleasure to stay at Al Andalus Hotel at Jeddah. Nice ambiance, very helpful staff. Food quality and quantity beyond expectation. Overall outstanding experience ??

Awesome Hotel. All types of rooms are available. Each room has different size. Upgrade on request is amazing if available based on bookings. Reception staff is helpful Dinner with international buffet tastes well for Grill fish, grill chicken, kofta & Kabbab. Hot & sour grill chicken delicious.
