My first good stay at Jeddah. The hotel has good location and amenities. I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

Ms Rahma is an incredible host which I would visit and host mostly events as she cared about my needs to have a wonderfully events, the venue it self has a nice instructure which is very accessible to the guest

Very good hotel, and awesome staff especially Ms. Wed and Mr. Faisal. Nice experience and will come again.

Hotel is nice. Below are some problems. Staff is kind of rude and don't have hospitality. For instance receptionist will say " can't do anything if water gets wasted, you have to keep tap open for few minutes to get warm water." The receptionist in gym will say "bring your own yoga mat" when you ask her if mats are available. Infrastructure is good but staff really needs to learn something :/

When I came back from work, I found an item missing from my room, I found later on that the hotel pick it up because , I doesn't goes with their policy without my permission, and without letting me knowing that the had entered my room and pick something up, They don't even bother to call me or email me, (I don't feel the room is safe any more) . I cannot leave my stuff behind anymore because anyone can enter the room and take anything because of their policy, You need to think twice before you book your reservation in this place is not safe for your personal belongings.
