Le Sapphire est un restaurant de spécialités indiennes revisité dans un restaurant d'hôtel sophistiqué doté d'une terrasse. Fantastique restaurant indien qui a ouvert ses portes à Djeddah. Endroit confortable et une atmosphère attrayante. Nourriture très délicieuse et authentique. Personnel super et restaurant propre. Ils ont tous des plats indiens célèbres. (Pothi Biryani spécial boeuf, Mixed Grill, Fish Masala, Special Soup) et de nombreux plats à manger. Ils ont un dessert (Gulab jamen), etc. C'est la première fois que vous trouvez une cuisine authentique et savoureuse loin de l'Inde. Les épices étaient particulièrement bien équilibrées. L'intérieur était remarquable et l'ambiance était parfaite. Espace séparé pour les célibataires et les familles. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour le parking. Le restaurant familial Sapphire est situé à Khaled Ibn Al Walid, Al-Baghdadiyah Al-Sharqiyah, Djeddah.

If you are looking for authentic kerala food in Jeddah this is one of the places to be. It is a crowded neighbourhood restaurant mostly visited by bachelors though they have separate seating area for families. We tried beef biriyani, beef curry and ghee roast. Porota was not very fresh but tasting good. Price is very economical and they accept credit-cards as well.

It’s like one stop destination.. One star ⭐️ less coz They all of a sudden started serving chicken 65 with bone.. which is worse.. Who serves or makes chkn 65 with bone.. ? Else ? want laccha/Kerala parathas, we come here.. chicken Jaipuri & beef sukka always my fav, chilli chicken kids fav.. sometimes Dosa /ghee roast.. Chicken/mutton Biryani yumm.. i can understand this biryani coz as the biryani went to different states due to change of climate and ingredients, spices it changed the taste.. It’s that simple.. Kerala, mangalore Bhatkal all these coastal belts Have same biryani.. again Tamilnadu serves different type If u r an Indian one should accept all the different food taste we get.. and yes I make Kerala Biryani, Hyderabad Biryani, Kolkata Biryani..? Haven’t tried different states yet Soon will do..

This restaurant has very highly reached out in the people of kerala and they are famous for their common varieties of dishes,food also good but at the same time they are not maintaining their quality and quantity as well . Moreover I ate just 3 or 4 dishes from there. Even though sometimes I feels like this isn't the dish which I was eaten before.
