i can understand this biryani coz as the biryani went to different states due to change of climate and ingredients, spices it changed the taste.. It’s that simple..
Kerala, mangalore Bhatkal all these coastal belts
Have same biryani..
again Tamilnadu serves different type
If u r an Indian one should accept all the different food taste we get..
