La description

Le restaurant Mado est célèbre pour sa cuisine et ses desserts turcs. Le restaurant est bien connu, son emplacement à Jabal Omar, Hyatt Regency. La nourriture était délicieuse. Ils servent (entrées froides, sandwichs et toasts, salades, petit-déjeuner turc, hamburgers, pizza), etc. Ils ont des desserts comme un dessert au lait, du kunafa, une assiette de desserts mixtes, des glaces et de nombreux desserts à manger. Le mode de présentation est très particulier. Le décor est beau et élégant. L'ambiance est cosy et calme. Le coin salon est confortable et agréable.

Awful.

We got in, waiters were pretty rude and disrespectful. We then order a lot of food (we’re family of 6) the food was fine nothing too special after we pay (total was about 1000 riyal) then we start leaving when all of a sudden this waiter ( monira/منيرا ) starts laughing at us disrespectfully we then leave really frustrated and we were left feeling disrespected and dissatisfied with the overall service, situation, and food.

Food portions were generous. Couldn't really capture good service due to language barrier - only one member of the team spoke English. Restaurant is small and intimate. The children enjoyed their meal.

The place with view for holy place can’t have a bad atmosphere… About taste of the food - Turkish cuisine no need a presentation, so good But service is super slow ( was morning, place wasn’t crowded at all, and they have enough manpower for a note). 2 tables ordered after us, but received food waaaay earlier, for a check we waited about 15 minutes. Place wasn’t crowded, sory.

Here at Mado .. no one is coming to clean the table .. since 30 min. This is beyond pathetic
