Good hotel overall, We already stayed for 7 nights and we still have 2 more nights, the staff is professional, the food is varied, a special thanks to MO Shabbir who was professional and friendly while serving us. However we did request a room upgrade but it was not possible, the room we have is too small for a family of 4 people, the 2 extra beds that have been added aren't comfortable and are facing the AC so we get sick easily things that is happening to us.

Wonderful check in experience and hotel right in front of the magnificent haram. Service is top notch, the breakfast is spectacular and the waiters are just the kindest souls. Special shout-out to Parvez, who put a smile on my face with his exceptional service as soon as I got seated for breakfast. One of the best hotelier experience I’ve had so far. Look forward to staying here many times.
