Very ordinary customer care. Went to Al Hijrah walk branch at 10 40 AM on Friday. I was with my 1 year daughter on pram and 3 years daughter. My daughter was trying to keep the door opened as it was little difficult for her and I need to enter with pram. The sales woman was looking just at a distance of 1 meter a d did not come forward to help. And the worst thing was when I entered she said we are closed...huh...and still there were 15 minutes...I don't know why they are not trained to deal with the customer but claimed to be Brand....bad experience...

The food was pretty good as I had the turkey club sandwich, but the service was not the best as well as the atmosphere. The chairs were very uncomfortable.

The atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered a Chicken BBQ Burger and a Quinoa Tabbouleh the chicken was tasty, the bread was fluffy and the fries were fresh and crispy while the salad was on point.

Best breakfast ever, came all the way from Alkhobar to try it and it full filled my expectations, dishes are creative and delicious. Would come again for sure ❤️
