Location was really good. Wifi in rooms doesn’t work at all i have noticed this problem with a lot of people because people were using it in the lobby. Informed front desk but still they didn’t fix anything.

Worst hotel for the price they're charging. People who come here have no etiquettes , rooms are shady , and the ambience is very bad, don't book this even if you don't find any hotel better to take something far than this. I wasted my 400sar on this place, very disappointed to come to this place!!

The beds are very dirty!! And it makes me feel itchy. There is a hair in my bed and I wont be shocked if the bed bugs did bite cause all night I’m feeling itchy. The service was so bad that when mom called they literally hung up on her. If I could give a 0 rating I genuinely would.

Awesome experience. Room is comfortable. Lifts are good. Staff is courteous. People at reception are also kind. 5-10 min walk from Masjid E Nabawi. Area doesn't have any good restaurants nearby. Hotel lobby is good. Very good WiFi

Room was fine, Location was amazing as I was able to see the prophet’s dome (May peace be upon him) through my room’s window. The staff is extremely rude and not at all helpful. It took them 3 hours to hand over the rooms keys at the time of checkin. The wifi was not working in my room but no one showed up even after I raised a lot of queries. Would suggest to look gor another option.
