La description

Captain Smoky est une chaîne de restaurants à l'échelle mondiale. Le restaurant a une touche masculine audacieuse dans son ambiance. Il y a 2 étages du restaurant. Le rez-de-chaussée est un comptoir ouvert pour les plats à emporter et les commandes. Le premier étage a des sièges et des tables en bois, ils ont aussi un coin salon extérieur. Chaises en cuir, appliques lumineuses, textes accrocheurs et différents types de bois conservés dans des étagères en fer. Le personnel est très chaleureux et très expérimenté. Le menu propose une variété de viandes et de coupes allant des entrées aux plats principaux. La qualité de la nourriture est très premium. Il est cuit à la perfection, juteux, tendre et très aromatique. Ils utilisent une technique de cuisson spéciale au barbecue qui consiste à fumer les viandes pendant 8 à 16 heures à température constante au lieu d'utiliser des grillades régulières de haute qualité. Ce concept le rend moins courant que les autres restaurants et devrait être essayé pour en faire l'expérience vous-même. Le restaurant est situé au 2762 6900 Al Batarji Rd, Al Zahra Dist, Jeddah.

Captain Smoky is a must try. Their selection of sandwiches and main local dishes are super good and the level of cleanness is exactly the same as what you get in homemade food. Their quality and taste are beyond imagination, very neat packaging and have left nothing for anyone to add or ask for.

3 ⭐️ for food taste. Chicken not well cleaned from bones. Second, service terrible. Staff lost, forgetting orders, ignoring basic requests... After 4 times asking to put the volume down on the speaker under our table, each time staff would pretend that they will help, then they put the volume up. We couldn't have normal conversation how loud music was... Until the owner appeared and asked us if everything was ok, then he personaly unplugged the speaker completely. Beside good food, only the owner is very kind to mention as a good thing. But the staff must be changed and well trained. Once the customers order drinks and food, DRINKS must be delivered asap. This is the rule no.1 in the world.
