Description

The restaurant has a bold masculine touch to its ambiance. The restaurant has 2 floors; the ground floor is an open counter for take-away orders and the first floor has seating arrangements and wooden tables. In addition, there is also an outdoor seating area. 

The staff is very cordial and highly experienced. The menu has a variety of meats and cuts ranging from starters to mains. The quality of food is very good. It is cooked to perfection, juicy, tender, and very aromatic. They use a special cooking technique to barbecue which includes smoking the meat for 8 to 16 hours at constant temperature instead of regular grilling. The restaurant is located at 2762 6900 Al Batarji Rd, Al Zahra Dist, Jeddah.

Captain Smoky is a must try. Their selection of sandwiches and main local dishes are super good and the level of cleanness is exactly the same as what you get in homemade food. Their quality and taste are beyond imagination, very neat packaging and have left nothing for anyone to add or ask for.

3 ⭐️ for food taste. Chicken not well cleaned from bones. Second, service terrible. Staff lost, forgetting orders, ignoring basic requests... After 4 times asking to put the volume down on the speaker under our table, each time staff would pretend that they will help, then they put the volume up. We couldn't have normal conversation how loud music was... Until the owner appeared and asked us if everything was ok, then he personaly unplugged the speaker completely. Beside good food, only the owner is very kind to mention as a good thing. But the staff must be changed and well trained. Once the customers order drinks and food, DRINKS must be delivered asap. This is the rule no.1 in the world.
