Thought id give it a chance and i REGRET IT!. Waited for our food 1 whole hour and it came EXTREMELY cold that it definitely was sitting for at least 10 minutes. We complained, they took the orders and said theyll be on the table in 5 minutes. The waiter came and we asked about them he said you need to give us time or else we could just reheat your order and give it to you which is super unprofessional and unsanitary!!!!!!The place wasnt clean our table had gloves, straws, and crumbs under it and the floor was oily. Wouldn’t recommend

Food was cold, not delicious, meat was dry, nothing special about the dish at all. Service was slow, seatings were very uncomfortable. Honestly I wouldn’t come back until they change the quality of the food. Extremely poor quality and a bad choice.

They replied to this review asking me to email them, I did, but never heard back from them. They clearly do not care. Go to the other branches but definitely not this one. Extremely disappointing service. We had to wait for at least 10 minutes for someone to come clean our table and take our orders. Then had to wait for 30 minutes for the food to come even though the restaurant was practically empty. The wings are very delicious, but the slow service made this a very bad experience. Oh and after finishing our food, we waited for at least 15 minutes for someone to realize we need our check. Seriously look at how empty the restaurant was when we were there.

I went today with my friends to Sari Branch, the employee who asked about Tawaklnaa and the face mask was rude , we were really upset and we’ve left immediately to another restaurant. I would rather to have my meal with my friends peacefully with respect and professional attitude. In addition, my friend just had ( Bilateral nasal airway obstruction surgery) and she was not able to wear face mask however the if the restaurant supervisor and the other employee was unpleasant

The service was bad. Too loud music. The wings are great. anything else is average or below. I prefer take out next time. Update : The service is still bad. Waiters are unresponsive and Don't answer when i speak to them.
