Always a pleasure staying at Makarem Um al Qura Hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a good varieties of dishes. A great value for your money. Suggestion I would like to make is to try to get rid of bad odor which comes from some washrooms like for Room 806.

This was my 1st stay in this hotel. The rooms, the service, the food the toilets were excellent. I hv travelled to Makkah several times before, I dare say I was never contented like I did this hotel. The staff are very gentle, welcoming and disciplined. The food court and its staff was amazing. The hotel has a bus trip to and from The Haram free of charge. Drivers are very helpful. My stay the next trip InshaaAllah will be just at this hotel. الله يبارك لكم ويرفع درجاتكم

Nice comfortable staying during my visit, rooms are a bit smaller but still good with the price value, cleanness in general perfect, the breakfast buffet was very amazing with varieties. Foods are quiet delicious and service as well. Thanks to the restaurant staff and their supervisor hassan Karim

Great for those who likes to stay near by haram eventually it is not too close from it but service from each sides made me feel it was worthy to stay here, rooms are good and cleanness in general perfect through the restaurant, lobby, rooms. Breakfast buffet was amazing but was so crowded, the staffs were so fast at service to make it ready for us and the restaurant manager Mr. Hasan Karim was very welcoming to me everyday.
