Me and my friend ordered 2 coffee late and told the cashier to have them in medium temperature but unluckily it was almost cold. Then I personally went back to the cashier and told him that the coffee is not as we wanted it to be! Unluckily, he put the whole blame on the weather! And after short argument, he asked me (if??!!!!) I need a substitute for the coffee with new ones?! I really didn't like his way of dealing with the customers although he was quiet in his talks! I mean the way he offered to us at the end! Which absolutely ended the argument!!

Nothing special. It just like drinking Starbucks coffee. Other specialty coffee in Eastern Province are much better in terms of quality.

Nice and clean place with average coffee options. Tried their speciality coffee which was too sweet for my taste.

Place is well decorated Cozy and comfy ? Good quality coffee (cold and hot) They have a good variety of delicious sweets and sandwiches Price is good They have outdoor seating

Good place for coffee. Coffee is good, the place is big with comfy seats. Service is below average bit reasonably fast. Prices are average.
