Neat and clean hotel with amazing service. Special mention of Abdullah from the reception who went out of his way to help. He was always there to assist with a smile. The dinner buffet was fabulous with many choices. The food tasted great too N.B - just one small note to the Holiday Inn team. Maybe you could change the breakfast menu once in a while. It will benefit long staying guests like me

This hotel canceled our confirmed booking last minute without notifying us of the issue regarding the online charges. This could have been resolved with no problem from our side; we were already on the way from the airport with just 20 minutes to arrive at the hotel. When we called, the hotel said rooms were all full for the duration of the original confirmed booking. This caused a big inconvenience for us to find another hotel at the last minute with higher prices

The location is perfect for me, but the hotel is tired and needs a refresh. The staff are friendly and the gym is pretty good. There is also a nice area with a pool.

He is bad in cutomer like. Me. He doesn't talk very well. He is not good. Not like the old Casher before very good. This Egyptian one is very rude so I give one star only. Please change him. We need the old Casher very good and very nice to Cutomers. In English also in Arabic he is good but this one Egyptian no!

Well a very very nice and comfortable experience. As far as service and staff are concerned they have an incredible performance. Cleanliness,pool,room service,amenities everything is worth paying for. They go beyond their limits to comfort u. But a bit disappointment regarding refilling of food during breakfast and dinner as well. The management should take a notice. Second concern is their furniture and quilts. They really need a maintainence. I specially thanks Mr Tamim to make our trip memorable. Such a humble and nice peraon. From the resturant staff I found Ely a really sweet person. Overall every penny we spens was worth paying.
