The employee DID NOT close the lid properly and the hot drink spilled on my father causing burns. Not only that but the server stood in silence and he didn’t offer anything, no ice or tissues or even a SORRY. So disgusted.

Pros: - Delicious drinks - Helpful Staff - Free & Fast WiFi - Available Outlets Cons: - No bathrooms - Uncomfortable wall seating (you lean on cement wall) - Dull & dark during the day. All lights were off - Limited seating options (Side-by-side bar or wall seating) - Extremely small tables - No music playing - A/C was dripping and one area was closed for other maintenance Saffron Latte: 8/10

Me and my friend ordered 2 coffee late and told the cashier to have them in medium temperature but unluckily it was almost cold. Then I personally went back to the cashier and told him that the coffee is not as we wanted it to be! Unluckily, he put the whole blame on the weather! And after short argument, he asked me (if??!!!!) I need a substitute for the coffee with new ones?! I really didn't like his way of dealing with the customers although he was quiet in his talks! I mean the way he offered to us at the end! Which absolutely ended the argument!!
