Definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to makkah. The shuttle is very efficient, and you can always get it to the haram so the distance is not an issue at all. The fully equipped rooms are very comfortable, modern, and neat. It is a value for money being a 5-star hotel and pricing on a budget. Enough of cupboard space in the rooms as well. Negatives: The showers are an injustice to the room. There is no pressure at all from the shower head, and you get only a tiny trickle of water from it. The minibar is only just a chiller. Do not put food or milk in here. It will go bad. It is just for fruit and water. Your items do not get cold. The rooms are not soundproof. You hear a occasional sounds from the hall and common areas or if someone else shuts their room door The phone calls for room service, dining, and reception are rarely answered, and if it is, you'd have to wait at least a minute before someone picks up.

Excellent rooms and facilities. Shuttle service is amazing and very efficient. My visit was very comfortable Alhamdulillah. Just a suggestion, kindly increase service staff to receive calls to reception, house keeping etc and for maintenance of floors. Plus facilities in tower 2 are good but tower 6 is completely neglected. Hope this is taken positively.

Good value for money. Very good shuttle service. Check Inn is a little concerning since if you are new and your first time there so won't know which tower to follow.

The rooms were good. But the wood work was normal. Service counter, reception was not fully functional, only one person was dealing out of three, other two were absent even the queue was there for the customers. Overall everything was good.

Hotel is huge, divided into 8 towers. Easy to get lost and there aren't a lot of staff around to guide you. They're very welcoming once you do find them. Wasn't sure which restaurants were open in which tower but eventually managed to find out through operator
