Currently staying at this hotel for hajj for 20 days. The hotel is made up of 9 buildings, each building has a different organization. Whether in terms of hospitality, food, etc., we have the impression that others receive preferential treatment. Breakfast and lunch looks like: Breakfast & lunch: boiled eggs, feta cheese, cucumber, carrot and some soup. Dinner: everyday some type of chicken, rice, and some type of meat. They only served pasta 2 times in 20 days as a change. You can't eat out of hours. you can't order anything to eat in the service. The staff barely speaks English. Far too many criticisms to make that I no longer know how to list them. trust negative reviews because they are true. hard to believe this is a 4 star hotel…

This hotel shouldn’t be part of intercontinental group as it doesn’t give that type of service and hotel is unclear. Local staff members doesn’t know how to speak with guests of Allah and also doesn’t know English language at all. As we go towards Mina I was completely disappointed with they service as intercontinental group member this is my view for this Hotel.

Very bad hotel. Staying here during Hajj. No or very poor internet connection in entire hotel. I informed the reception, and they said "What can I do?". Food is a nightmare, buffet always had empty treys. Standing in long queue for food, but when reach there almost all the food trays are empty. No spoon to eat food, I had to take used one and clean it myself in the toilet to be able to eat. How come they claim so nice hotel, but stuffs don't speak English? 90% stuffs don't speak English. I mean its all mess, please don't come here.

Brand new, clean and nice hotel. Unfortunately the food does not match the quality of the hotel and international standard. Small variety of food, the same food everyday, the worst: all the drinks (milk, coffee and juice) are thin, they mixed it with water. The hot food being served lukewarm. Stay there during Hajj season, they only open some of the buffet.

Shuttle bus service really lets this hotel down. At start the service was good with one bus always waiting for you but today it's almost 30 mins or more wait with hotel staff saying to expect a bus once every hour. Not good enough for the self claimed "largest branded hotel" in Makkah running only one bus to transfer worshipers. The service isn't much to write home about either with reception/room service staff not picking up the phone or huge delays in completing requests. The mobile coverage is pretty poor in hotel but the WiFi service is pretty good.
