Amazing experience at the restaurant ! Everyone was so helpful and willing to help. Hamdi hosted us and was the kindest of all. He took time to show us everything and even to speak French with us! Thank you for having us, we will come back every time for sure.

Arriving at the hotel, a warm welcome embraced me. The impeccable service, plush accommodations, and attention to detail made my stay truly delightful. From the luxurious amenities to the courteous staff, every moment exuded comfort and hospitality. Even the checkout was a very easy process facilitated by Mr Al-Tori. A perfect haven for a memorable experience.

** Above and beyond ** Everything about our stay was wonderful, but I would especially like to praise Chef Sharif and the dining room team who accommodated my dietary needs with exquisite care and attention. The staff at reception was also extremely kind and responsive to any questions or requests from our group of 8 people. Last but not least the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Highly recommended.

What a disappointment! Rooms are old. Bathrooms are not clean. The service is too slow.. this hotel should be rated 3 to 4 stars not 5 at all.. the price we paid is for 5 stars doesn’t match the quality we expected! Very crowded & too busy. Their carpets are too old. The food is good with lots of varieties..however the restaurant is too busy & the tables aren’t clean. I would not think to come here again.
