The hotel is within a sufficient distance from Haram. The elevator speed is adequate, never wait too long when its close to prayer time. Breakfast was okay, standard western-middle eastern breakfast, I didn’t find any specialty dishes in the breakfast buffet. I think I should try the dinner buffet for my next stay.

Sohel is a very nice gentleman who is eager to help and clean. He is prompt and likes to thoroughly clean up the rooms. Generally it’s hard to get the housekeeping to send someone to clean. But every time we would cross Sohel in the hallway he would be ready to come and tidy up the rooms. The location is the hotel is very good. The hotel seems to have gone from renovation and it’s far better than the older hotels. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. The access to the suite was through a corridor with a main door which gave us a lot of privacy as we kept our both doors open for children to move between the two rooms conveniently. Breakfast is great. Overall it was a nice stay. I would like to come again.

Overall this was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The best part was the food. It was totally stunning. Every day. We look forward to the breakfast and the evening meal normally food can be hit and miss but every type of dish from every part of the world was absolutely outstanding. Staff were very helpful and friendly. there was a young man called Badar who helped us with our luggage all the time, and even when you try to tip him, he shyed away Location is excellent and perfect for men and women both entrances are close by. The only room for improvement is that the rooms are very dated and worn away as you can see from the picture the toilet didn’t flush very well. We had to do it many times and also the telephones are ancient. If they just updated the rooms, this would be probably the best hotel in the city. However, overall very pleased

Had an amazing experience especially at the front desk with Mr. Ahmed he was extremely and very accomdating He made our trip even more memorable and he is an asset to your hotel. And also Mr.Oliullah Will definitely come back again just for the great service from these two gentlemen

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, the rooms were luxurious and spotlessly clean.the front desk young female staff were very attentive and helpful. Very conveniently located by the Harm. the other thing if you looking for different food the new world food courts are the other side across the street Strongly recommend and if you are coming with family you will love it , Men’s and Women’s gates are very close to each others.
