The good thing is they have a Shuttle (Bus) service 2 times before every prayers. You have a lot of options to eat near by for Lunch and Dinner. The Breakfast Buffet was nice.

Spacious room, neat and tidy, they have shuttle service to Haram and from Haram, but number of trips are not executed as per the schedule provided shuttle cannot accommodate all the guest. We were group of 18 members but couldn’t find spaces for all used taxis several times.

Clean in general. Rooms are very spacious. The bathroom should be a little bigger, and the window is not well isolated so we could hear the cars in street .

Nice and humble hotel, has all the facilities you'd expect from a 4 star and although the building is a bit dated, it's taken care of. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of filling options! The shuttle to and from the Haram is a great service for guests and does get a bit crowded but if someone can't get on, the bus comes back. The staff are all very professional and kind, they helped us with a last minute change in the booking and we really appreciate it.

Profesional staff, amazing service, great breakfast, clean, big and comfy rooms. It was a blessing staying at this hotel.
