The hotel was overpriced considering it is not close to the Haram. I think common sense to lower the prices if you are already at a disadvantage from competition. The food was ok, some left over rolled into the sohoor and some looked days older. Some sweets were old and the ones with cheese should not be served to your customers as it is a health hazard. Room is very spacious, tiny hallways, the hotel was almost empty at peak season. Proximity from some local stores but we struggled with transportation outside their normal shuttle hours. Next time we will find a hotel in the Haram area.

This hotel is very close to the Haram and the staff is very good as well as room service was very quick, transport on prayer times available to and from Haram.

Fantastic hotel for Umrah-goers. There is a construction work going on towards Masjid Nabawai so it takes around 20 minutes (around 5KM) to get there.

Actually the hotel is very clean and well organised and the rooms are good but room service and reception response zero no one will reply or help if you call
