My first and last bad experience I will never go again there there is an Egyptian man on reception has very scary behavior I always visit hotel and resorts but never see that behavior of staff I become scared security I don't complete my day and I came back my home I appeal to owner of hotel must this Egyptian man excuse and take class of attitude Thanks

My first and last bad experience in my life ever I always visit hotel and resort and cafes I never see the behavior of that Egyptian man on reception there I appeal to owner of hotel let this Egyptian man to excuse and take class of good behavior

I don’t know what’s wrong with them First I didn’t find any towels then told them to bring 3 towels they cleaner said the receptionist said not allowed I went down to confirm to the receptionist but and he said yes 2 towels are not allowed!!!!!!! And that was the manager vishnu which I was soprazed They need to learn customer service And some wonderful stains on the chair as seen picture I hope it didn’t came from human And very dirty carpet
