My first and last bad experience I will never go again there there is an Egyptian man on reception has very scary behavior I always visit hotel and resorts but never see that behavior of staff I become scared security I don't complete my day and I came back my home
I appeal to owner of hotel must this Egyptian man excuse and take class of attitude
