A really nice hotel. Very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Strategic location.

The Hotel is Ok, but they don't have towels in the rooms

I cannot rate excellent but the hotel is good. Shuttle service is there but due to traffic and location many times you cannot reach Haram at time.

If rating is in minus I shall give the same. Staying here dated 11.03.2023 Have asked water at 11:56 and got at 1:03 after reaching personally to desk on fourth attempt. Unbelieving poor service.
