I cannot rate excellent but the hotel is good. Shuttle service is there but due to traffic and location many times you cannot reach Haram at time.

Staying here dated 11.03.2023
Have asked water at 11:56 and got at 1:03 after reaching personally to desk on fourth attempt.
Unbelieving poor service.
