Worst hotel ever visted 0 hospitality and the bell men Abdul/Abbu Sufiyan very bad behavior, no manner and very bad attitude. Every visitors are complaining for the bell boy but the reception person are also not responding anything worst hotel in Madina don't book this hotel and take strict action against the bell boy Abdul/Abbu Sufiyan

Good room-we were 3 persons - we got a comfortable room. Poor checkin standards-reception just doesn’t care whether you arrive early even though I had informed them ahead of time. They stress it’s 4 pm checkin time even with room availability. Location is decent-just along the baqi wall - you can walk post Adhan & make it for prayer under usual circumstances.

Extremely bad services for room. No manager came for asking any services and cleaning staff always looking for lame excuses for services, may be they are looking for some money or tip for their bad services.

- I could not sleep Reason: - Zero etiquette visitors + - Weak hotel administration How will our religion Thrive in our hearts, if others’ health are not essential? Why shall I visit the prophet mosque peace upon him, if I cannot silence my kids nor myself? Zero answer🙂

Location was really good. Wifi in rooms doesn’t work at all i have noticed this problem with a lot of people because people were using it in the lobby. Informed front desk but still they didn’t fix anything.
