Prepaid for booking on a third party website. Was mistakenly charged for my reservation on arrival. They couldn't figure out how to reverse the charge, so I asked my credit card company to cancel, but Rand unfortunately lied to them about the situation when they were contacted. They have stopped responding to my emails and Whatsapp messages and are currently holding a great deal of my stolen money.

Fine during our stay but bothered due to noise in the middle of the night, thought there was a construction going on. The one in reception is so kind and helpful. Room and toilet is clean. Location is good.
