A big disappointment and way far from PERFECT. In May 2021 we booked one apartment with Perfect Stay and we ended up canceling the reservation due to the poor condition of the room. The apartment is indeed located in a central area, but in an old and unkept building. Despite the so-called renovation the room was in a bad shape, with old hardwood floors, old towels and a strong smell of mold and cigarette smoke. The host said that the previous clients smoked in the apartment, and the smell was unbearable. We asked for a full refund and the owner – Cristina Rosu - dismissed us saying that we must contact Booking and nothing else. We have traveled all over the world and this was by far the WORST booking experience and rude attitude that we’ve experienced. I have no idea how she got all these good reviews, but they are not relevant and should not be trusted.
