It was a good hotel 20 years ago. After 20 years nothing has changed. It is still a budget friendly hotel if you need something close to the haram, however further options are better and with bus services to haram

Room services are not good. Slow and late. Rooms need more cleaning. Hotle is at a good location for Umrah and hajj visitors. About half km from haram shareef.

Best hotel in misfala area nearby masjid al haram. Service is good, this place have wheelchair accessible entrance. This place accept cash & all kind of cards. Nice view.

Honest review: veeery bad stay! I would never go back there and absolutely do not recommend it! I dont know how anybody can be happy in such a hotel: rude employees, NO(!) regular cleaning of the rooms (even after asking every single day for it), dysfunctional elevators (waiting time of over 5 min just to get to your rooms), people smoking inside of the rooms and in the corridors! Please take this review seriously and enjoy your time in the blessed city of Makkah in a better place! Very disrepectful, dirty hotel with an intense cigarette smell! I would give 0 stars if this was possible!!
