I hope you have a wonderful day in your personal life. A day so wonderful and special that you plan every second of it. I hope you’ll be excited about it, and spare no expense in order to make your day unforgettable. Only to have a group of unfit employees ruin it for you. And continue to unwind your perfect day until you’re left with nothing but scraps and a broken heart. Don’t come to this hotel for a special occasion. You’ll live to regret it.

NO SAFETY! a stranger break into our room while we are sleeping and took something from my hand bag and left! my husband tried to follow him but he just disappeared!! i barely had a heart attack we informed the security and the staff and they were lying left and right and just trying to delay any solution.. we wanted to see the cctv and they kept us waiting for 6 hours without any action after all this waiting it was shown in the cctv that there was a man break into the room with a card and stayed in for couple of minutes while we are sleeping! and still nothing has happened from the hotel side!!! they wanted us to go to the police station!! although it was absolutely the hotel’s mistake !! all what i can say that ill have nightmares for the rest of my life ! thank you narcissus hotel!

Reception was not responsive. For someone who booked a suite the room wasn’t ready for hours. I left and went to a different hotel they ruined my stay in Jeddah. Highly don’t recommend you book here unless you have time and money to waste.

Don’t be deceived by appearances. This hotel looks fine as wine, design is a piece of art and the view is everything. However, what is inside is the complete opposite ( operation wise). Earlier today I had the worst experience dealing with the reservations “manager “ named Areej. She was unprofessional, rude and a liar. She claimed saying things to me in the afternoon phone call where she actually didn’t. She even claimed that I disrespected her by cursing and swearing where I didn’t. Mr. Amaar - the reception supervisor I believe - tried his best accommodating the situation but sometimes it’s hard to say the truth in front of your co-worker. He refused to go back to the recorded phone call between me and Areej to proof her wrong claims. I will be more than happy to share more with the Hotel GM as I know this will be read by him very soon. Best Regards,
