Nice gym in the hotel, and I had the opportunity to train with Islam Zayed, one of the best PT that I've train so far! You tell him your goals for the training and he understands right away, gives you the right exercise on the spot, corrects your posture and follow up with you, really good with details.

Most of the rooms have no view or just wall infront of your hotel room window. Hotel room window will remind you like prison in a movie. Hotel is actually far from the sea. So even sea view rooms are not worth. King's fountain is around 2 KM walk. Room as such is decent with generally available facilities like refrigerator, sofa,table. Room size is big enough and it makes me sad, why can't you change the window, replace with large glass panel unless there's some rules and regulations preventing you to do so. Swimming pool is small but functional. Hotel reception failed to meet expectations. I had asked for ICE pack, I did get after 1 hour and 4 follow up. This is just one example. Reception team is not rude but they clearly miss experience, smile, and service attitude. Hotel kitchen is not bad. Breakfast is positive part of the property.

Very nice and new hotel The staff was very friendly the breakfast is excellent and the room was very comfortable Highly recommended specifically for business trips If they will continue like this I will keep staying there Just one comment that the hot water some times it's not available

New hotel, with a very good location - my room had a full sea view “sunrise and sunset is beautiful”. Front office and restaurant team are very friendly and way helpful, thanks to everyone. Thanks also to the IT Manager for help and support. I don’t recommend using the laundry service, they are working on replacing the current vendor.

Polished rooms have free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemakers. Upgraded rooms, minibars, and sofas, plus complimentary breakfast. The 1- and 2-bedroom executive suites add separate living/dining rooms. Room service is available 24/7. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The food in the restaurant is high level. Other amenities include parking, an air-conditioned prayer hall, restaurants, and an outdoor pool. I visited this hotel at the end of May 2022. The Steam room was under maintenance work. Holiday Inn Jeddah - al Hamra, an IHG Hotel is located on Palestine Rd, Al-Hamra'a Dist, Jeddah.
