Nice clean room. Breakfast buffet was standard but service was excellent... We were looked after by Safaa who very attentive and extremely helpful....thank you

Experience so far had been great with services,I would specifically mention Noora , Aqsa ,Arwa and Saffa. Girls were doing their job very well. They took care of our breakfast, I am amazed with their hospitality. God bless.

Best hotel services and stuff. Very clean and comfy. The stuff are great and the restaurant as well. Transportation to and from al Haram is always available. They have also a parking for people with personal cars. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Very good. Just a bit crowded at weekends. Other than that all is perfect. Area around hotel is very nice. Basement Parking is a jam packed. Lobby is ok. Breakfast is good but only issue is the chef making omelettes doesn’t speak English. They have bus service from hotel to Haram n back every 1 hour. It’s really convenient.

One of best options for Hotels in Makkah. The shuttle service is very good, you need to be at every hour start to avoid waiting. However, once you come back it's recommended to take other drop facility.
