It needs to upgrade the old stuff in the rooms...!! Like Carpets, Sofa, Curtains, comforters etc....

I asked for a non-smoking room but the hotel reception set me on a smoking floor without my consent. There is heavy smoking odor all over the corridors that gets inside the rooms. Broken and noisy refrigerator.

a decent place to stay in al khobar, the rooms are clean, the staff are also accommodating. just be mindful of the ramp to the basement due to steep slope it will hit the bottom of the car.
