The hotel is full is base on lie, very bad customer service, the hotel claims restaurant but there is no restaurant, Hotel cleaning service very very bad , The room service Not available and simple think they can't provide two cup with few tea bags in room ?, the hotel claim 4Star but its is very basis, even I can't say is meet 1 star criteria My experience to stay this hotel is lesson learned and I highly recommend to NOT stay in this hotel- Total waist of money ?

Awesome location because its very near to Masjid Al Haram. 3 Star accommodation 381 spacious rooms, including a number of suites, providing a variety of accommodation types to meet all requirements. 10 minutes walk from the Holy Mosque.

Mercure hibatullah hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 100 meters away from Masjid Al Haram. Interior is good and well maintained. Providing a variety of accommodation types to meet all requirements. Affordable price and good service. Rooms are clean, spacious and in good condition. Rooms offer free WI-FI, flat screen TVs.
