Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent service, good utilities, and cost effective. The hotel is near the Haram, but it's on a main road with no nearby restaurants or stores. Overall very good experience.

Hidden gem near Al Haram Masjid. Far from the crowded area of the Masjid, yet close enough to perform all prayers at the sacred mosque. Excellent customer service-Nahed from the front desk is very welcoming, good wifi and clean rooms. Highly recommend this place for Umrah and Hajj

Mercure hibatullah hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 100 meters away from Masjid Al Haram. Interior is good and well maintained. Providing a variety of accommodation types to meet all requirements. Affordable price and good service. Rooms are clean, spacious and in good condition. Rooms offer free WI-FI, flat screen TVs.
