Stayed here for a couple of months in the apartments. Overall, it was a really nice establishment, with a really good and friendly staff. Dora and Steve (two of the managers) were absolutely phenomenal gems. Both were very friendly and helpful, and seemed to be everywhere, all of the time. Dora always seemed to be going at full speed, and resolved issues quickly and thoroughly. The crew that worked breakfast at the restaurant, and dinner at the executive lounge were also extremely nice. Breakfast crew was great. They even memorized most of our coffee and egg orders. The gym, while limited, had enough for a really solid workout, though it could get quite packed in the mornings and evenings. The equipment was pretty good, and the trainer, Jay was spectacular and gave great advice. My biggest complaint was the constant maintenance going on, which meant frequent smell of paint or paint thinner. Also, the staff generally did not seem to address the issue of customers deliberately taking two parking spots on a regular basis. The rooms were very spacious, and the furniture quite comfortable, but they could have used some instructions for the oven/microwave, and there were some pans that did not work with the induction stove. Room service was available until about 10pm (I inadvertently found out that they were willing to clean your room even up to 9pm). The shower was a bit of an issue, as they should have provided a slightly higher lip below the shower door to keep it from flooding out into the rest of the bathroom (we had to place a small towel at the bottom of the shower door to keep it from leaking out - this happened at more than one or two rooms). Room service personnel will also wash your dishes, but I would highly recommend giving them an extra tip for that. Finally, from time to time, I would also wake up to no cold water (that is correct - just lots of hot water), though that was usually resolved quickly with a call to the front desk.
