While the location was a perfect to Al Haram. However, I was not satisfied with the service provided during my stay. I booked my room through Booking.com and upon my arrival/check in the receptionist was rude to explain how the booking.com vs when paying on site work, as I came from a different country where things work differently. He seemed inpatient and after having long journey from the United States, I didn’t expect to be welcomed in a such manner. The first impression was not professional. Also, when I needed to find out information about the Suhoor, the person on the phone was very rude when I asked twice to clarify and get the number for the restaurant, he shouted that “he had told me many times”. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the exceptional service I received at the restaurant where the staffs and manager were very accommodating, professional, and respectful. I am not sure if I can ever stay here again or recommend to others in the future.
I really hope that the service improves because the location is very crucial to the holy mosque.
