I don't recommend this hotel anyone. Service is not good. Stealing people money.. If you want to waste your money select this. You can find better hotel next to haram better price and service even i don't like there bathroom. I wish i could give them 0 starts and get my full refund such a bad services. Reception guy Yusaf was so rude even not helpful. He was treating me like I m his servant . Very bad behavior . Thanks

Room was not clean, I found bugs and cockroaches, I informed the hotel and they didn’t do anything about it, they claimed that cleaning supervisor will take care of it, but nothing happened. The room smelled really bad, and the air conditioner was too cold and couldn’t be adjusted. Shower door was also broken. We asked to change the room, but the reception told us that this room is one of the best. I can’t imagine how other rooms are like. My first night, I left 10 riyals as a tip to the cleaners, and to my surprise they left some garbage on the dresser, they didn’t do a good job cleaning, and they didn’t put a full set of towels in the bathroom. In the second day, I didn’t leave tip, and I was punished by someone smoking in the room, while they were cleaning. I cared less, as I was leaving the night after. I’m never staying in this hotel, and I recommend that you never do too. It was a horrible stay. I could’ve paid less for a nicer stay in nearby hotels.

As Salaam restaurant had a great variety of food. A nice and clean environment with staff that was very attentive. Now the rooms on the other hand, hotel needs some updating. Our original room was less than desirable. We had to pay for another room to have an upgraded space. But this was a great location to be next to the Prophet’s Masjid.

Great location but very bad service. Housekeeping will only clean your room when you’re inside the room. They do this because they want tips from you. I pressed the clean room button but they never cleaned it, I thought they would clean it when I’m not in my room but I was mistaken. When I’m in my room resting and sleeping they pressed the bell button and asked me do I need my room to be cleaned. Why can’t they clean it when I’m not in the room??? They only cleaned it once because I gave them tips but when I didn’t my room seemed to be invisible to them. Very disappointing and appalling service from a 5 star hotel but well what can you do most workers here have language barriers and offer rude.

Location could not have been better, it’s right across from Masjid Nabawi which is the best possible place to be. The rooms were clean. Food options and service were also great.
