The bathroom smells very bad ? ? ? Holway smells cigarettes ? The front desk doesn't smile. I don't know why Like they own the place.

I have stayed in Lily for more than 3 weeks. One of the best hotels in this region for its price and class. The service, the staff and quality of the rooms are much higher than its rating. The front desk staffs are pleasant, friendly and can communicate in both Arabic & English, special shout out to Mr.Abdul Rauf and others at the front desk. They make your stay even more pleasant. I also met the property manager who is very friendly too. Hotel is located in a very good location. Lot of coffee shops, supermarkets like tamimi, hyper panda, good eateries, beautiful old Qaisariya Al Ahsa Souq, centre point etc nearby.
