La Frontaine Jeddah Hotel
Me and my family had received outstanding and a memorable experience during the 3 day stay at La Frontaine Jeddah Hotel. We had 3 x Twin bedrooms.
The staff at the hotel especially the reception staff Fatin Nasser, Maryam and Faisal had given exceptional and memorable customer service experience. They were polite, pleasant and very friendly.
They understood our needs and helped give us rooms that were correct for my family. They went the extra mile by giving us all the 3 rooms on the same floor close to each other.
All their staff was so lovely and caring during our visit.
Room: The rooms are very clean and tidy and are regularly stocked up with daily hotel amenities and the housekeeping staff was very friendly towards my family. The housekeeper staff came every day and also was available 24 7. We have come to this hotel for the first time and the experience was really good.
We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family for their exceptional customer service experience and care.
Dinning experience: They provided me and my family a lovely experience as the food quality and service was good but could be much better with a large menu and more options.
The way the food was cooked, prepared, stored, displayed and presented was amazing and my family loved it.
The breakfast buffet was delicious as there was a small selection of foods from cold food to hot food and a small selection to pick from.
The food was stored and displayed really nicely each day and the food tasted amazingly delicious.
Improvements
1 More Breakfast Selection.
2 More items for the room service menu options.
3 Bigger bathrooms for Handicap/Disabled wheelchairs to move around.
The staff at this hotel has gone the extra mile to make a huge difference in our stay especially by Fatin Nasser.
