Beautiful and spacious rooms but unfortunately, my recent stay at the Ewaa express hotel in Al Rawdah was a complete disappointment. As a person of colour, I noticed a clear difference in how I was treated compared to other guests. It was evident that the staff did not prioritize my needs and concerns during my stay. Additionally, the hotel failed to share important policies and information, leaving me feeling unprepared and confused during my stay. When I attempted to address my concerns with the staff, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. It was clear that they were not interested in being accountable to black guests like myself. Overall, my experience at the Ewaa express hotel in Al Rawdah was extremely disappointing. The lack of respect and care towards people of colour is unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Small elevators that takes a long time to get to you if they are free in the first place Hard beds that make you have sore body Alot of plumbing issues in the bathroom The towels aren't very clean The location is the only best thing about it but the price is a bit high for the issue and lack of services.
